Nice car=bad attitude (Kuala Lumpur)

Did anyone notice that most drivers of fancy cars in KL have a bad attitude?..they change lane w/out a signal, enter main road w/out looking at cars, park and block one lane of a road to buy something???
Is it because cars here are so costly, making fancy car owner think he/she feel like they re better than average human? is it absence of law enforcement ? or is it the spicy food ?
In Canada; and I am proud to say this; these violations can get a driver into a nightmare of penalties, suspension and even jail...and whenevr yu thnk u got away with it; a policeman appears out of nowhere and enforce the law, very politely; but very strictly...they re so efficient...why is opposite here ?
