Online options to receive USD payments. (Kuala Lumpur)

Hi everyone,

My questions is about online payment options to receive payments in Malaysia. We recently launched a service and using Paypal and its services to receive credit card payments. The commission rate is OK, but the USD to MYR conversion rate is a disgrace. We are loosing around RM100 per U$500 transaction, when compared to standard banking rates.

I know of some other payment gateway providers, but seeking user experience from those who have worked with it. The exchange rate makes a big difference when the volume goes up. So any feedback will be appreciated.
