Poker (Kuala Lumpur)

Hi everyone!
I am new in KL and I like to play Texas Hold'Em. In Shanghai we used to have a Meetup for a friendly game in the organizer's house. Money was involved but priority was to have a good time and socialize (although ofcourse we play the game seriously). Is there any similar thing in KL? Does anyone know anything about low stakes, friendly poker games get togethers? Also, what are the Malaysian laws for something like this?
