Prejudice behavior...are U? (Kuala Lumpur)

As we read more, work abrod, ...our mind starts (unwillingly) to profile people...example: from my xperience i knew that Scottish people are good in skilled trades, Italians are good designers n creativ, chinese are hard working...does these conclusions affect ur business decisions? Do they influence ur hiring new staff ? If yes, wudn,t that be prejudice, or profiling ? Wudn,t ths b unfair 2 other candidates??
