Preschools, housing and first time expat (Kuala Lumpur)

Hello everyone:) My husband is going to work at a company in Mutiara Damansara starting April Protected content . We have two toddlers that are due to start preschool soon. Best case scenario is finding housing that is near to both work and the preschool so that neither of us has a long commute.

I feel really lost since we don't even know which preschool the kids will attend yet we need to rent a place asap:(

Any suggestions for recommended preschools and housing options nearby will be really appreciated.
