Salary (Kuala Lumpur)

I have been offered a job managing and expanding a company and have been offered 15,000 a month with accommodation and car additional. Is this considered a good wage? I have a good life in England with a holiday abroad each year and meals out each month and would not like to take a drop in standard of life. I have to pay school fees for 8 and 10 year old which could be up to 20.000rm a year i have read, so I feel this wage would not be enough. Could anyone help with advise. I have read 7,000 rm is an average wage, but not sure if this would normally cover school fees .
