Hi guys,
I'm currently residing in Hong Kong and schedule to take some time off in Malaysia. I've looked into places to acquiring a PADI Scuba license. I've narrowed it down to 2 locations; either in Pulau Sibu or Kota Kinabalu. Does anyone know which area would be more beneficial if I would like to do other activities.
