Service Residence? (Kuala Lumpur)
Hi fellow expats.
Doesn anyone know what exactly it means when it says the building is a service residence?
I've been scouting apartments in KL for about a week now as it seems that I'm moving there shortly. I've come across several places, such as The Regalia, where it states that it is a service residence.
Just a general inquiriy as well, is listed rent prices up for negotiation, or do they usually go for the listed rental price?
Thank you for reading this.
