social activities in KL, how active can you be? (Kuala Lumpur)

Hello everyone,
I've been offered a job in KL and am trying to find out what is available socially. I currently live in a country where there is not much available, and is also islaamic. So despite a positive mindset, it has been a second job to have a life outside work for the last 3 years! In KL I found a sailing club, but I am also interested in drama groups, yoga, and general chill out places to hang out. I'm SWF mid 40's so I would appreciate hearing from similar as to the realities of KL life. Thanks in advance :)
