Special school (Kuala Lumpur)

Are their any special schools in Kuala Lumpur for kids that have difficulties learning. My son is 9. Has done kindergarten group 2 twice. First grade primary school twice and can't keep up in 2nd grade so probably will have to do this also another time. He is really getting to hate school. Is hiding his homework. Goes to the toilet and doesn't return to class. I have tried additional home tutoring but last two teachers walked of almost crying

7+7 is hard for him but he can list you all the cars that most people can't afford and knows make and model of most cars that pas on the streets. Unfortunately that's not a skill that can get him through his school years

So far I have only found Sri Rafelsia but this is quite far from where we live
