Student visa (Kuala Lumpur)

I've got a Malaysian friend whose wife and step-daughter are not Malaysian. The step-daughter is on a student visa currently as she was studying in a government Chinese school. However, now she is moving to a private learning centre (not a school). Her visa expires next month.

Any suggestions on how she can renew her visa would be appreciated. Thanks.
