Teach with just a CELTA? (Kuala Lumpur)

Hello, everyone. We may be moving to Malaysia soon for my husband's work, and I've been looking around online to find more information about what my options are. If I take a CELTA course, is it possible for me to teach while living there? I don't have a degree, and I'm finding conflicting information online. Some websites say that I can get a work permit and teach based only on a CELTA certificate, and others say that a Bachelor's degree is an across-the-board requirement. I'm confused now and not looking forward to staying home all day with nothing to do. Can someone explain what the situation is for the spouses of people working in Malaysia?
