Twinkles/Messages - For Better/For Worse? Ur Thts? (Kuala Lumpur)

Following on from the recent forum in which a member highlighted an issue of Twinkle/Message Abuse, it has been highlighted that we may need to tackle this as a community to make Internations friendly and safe "for all who sail on her"

That said however, it would be good to determine how widespread this problem is.

Your thoughts would be appreciated by myself and I hope many of the community
