very new in KL (Kuala Lumpur)

A kindly HELLO to this community here,
me, Bernie (German citizen) and my wife Jhoella (Filipina citizen) are comming February 10, Protected content very first time to KL.
Maybe we can get contacts here who can guide and assist us to:
1. find an apartment, hotel, accommodation for at first 14 days
2. we are interested to open a company in KL. Maybe somebody have experiences in it and like to guide us.
3. maybe somebody knows the processing to get a working permit and a working visa for me and my wife.
4. is its possible to open a bank account as foreigner here?
