Where to live (Kuala Lumpur)

Hello.
My name is rebecca. We're planning to move to Malaysia. But we found it very difficult to find the right place to live. We need to be near to an English or German school and it should be a old infrastructure. And we would love to live at the beach again like here in Cyprus. Any tips for me?
