My wife have recently visited Country Heights in Kajang and Kemensah Heights in Melawathi and have witnessed huge number of unsold bungalows. Some been in the market for 18 to 24 months and some cases even longer ?

Is there a huge glut of properties or what's wrong with Country Heights in Kajang and Kemensah Heights in Melawathi ?
