American Woman Thinking of Moving to Kuwait (Kuwait City)

Hi there, Merhaba,

I'm an American woman thinking of accepting a teacher job in Kuwait City.

Could some people tell me a bit about the current Expat community in Kuwait?
I know that about 65 percent of the country is filled with Expats...
but what percentage of this 65 percent are well-educated Expats working in banking, construction, education, etc?

Also, are Western women allowed to drive?

What about all of the news on Kuwait government banning expats from driving and using the hospitals??

Is it still a nice place to live?
