DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES:
1. Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
2. Provide customers with quotations.
3. Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
4. Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
5. Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries.
6. Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.
7. Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends.
8. Represent your organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
9. Identify new markets and business opportunities.
10. Manage Accounts and meet or exceed targets relating to revenue growth, activities, profit margin, mix of products and service sales, customer retention and acquisition.
11. Review your own sales performance
12. Provide regular feedback to senior management about marketplace and competitor activity.
