My fiancee is living in Kuwait City, and I just recently sent her an iPhone 5 for her birthday from the USA. When she went to the cellular store in the mall to buy the sim card they told her the phone needs to be unlocked for that country. Does anyone know where she can get that done without being ripped off? Thanks
