Dogs in Kuwait (Kuwait City)

I am currently considering an employment offer for Kuwait, acceptance will partially depend on bringing my companions with me (two Doberman Pinchers). I understand the import regulations and the extreme temperature issues with living in the Persian gulf region; I would like some information on the following however:
1- Are there good veterinarians there?
2- Availability of high quality dog food (Science Diet, Eukanuba, etc.).
3- Are there any good boarding facilities?
4- Difficulty in finding a villa that accepts dogs.
