Expeditor for American Documents Certification (Kuwait City)

I have recently arrived in Kuwait to accept a job offer & need to get my degree certified, get the police clearance certificate, etc. in order to do my residence visa. I am American, but because I was living in Lebanon before coming to Kuwait, I was not able to do all of this before arriving. I understand that most countries' embassies can do the certifications, but as I'm sure you guys know, the American embassy does not. The company I am working for has never had to take care of this documentation for an American before & they don't know how to do it.

After looking into exactly what is required, it seems way too complicated and I just don't want to have to deal with it. Does anybody know of an expediting company here in q8 that will handle all of this paperwork for a reasonable fee?
