Help for Animal shelter PAWS (Kuwait City)

Hey everybody there in old Kuwait!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am again on begging Tour!! We need urgently Diesel for our shelter in Wafra!!! Company Siemens and Karafi have been so generous to provide us 2 big generators to run the ac's, but they need a hell lot of Diesel every day. Please give me an idea whom i can contact to ask for some diesel or be so generous to donate some money... our staff and our animals have to manage up to 60 Degrees in their damned accomodations because we don't have the money to buy every day Protected content Diesel.
