Job move to Kuwait City

Dear Friends,
I received the option the relocate to Kuwait City. We are a Family of (children in age of 12 & 14), fluent in English and Spanish. We lived already in 8 countries and have no problem in get friends with locals and expats.
I need to have answered some question, that everybody would have in a relocation.
Our package would be between Protected content Protected content , schooling both kids, airfares once a year & full medical insurance.
Question is regards living expenses
Prices of villas Protected content , no need to be close to school
Groceries expenses, no need of everything German or American or UK product,
Gas, Water, Electricity ? costs
Eating out..... once or twice a week in normal restaurants or type of fast foods. (Food Courts)
Soccer lessons, swimming lessons, tennis lessons.

On the end to have an idea what will be our monthly expenses more or less.

Prices or car and Taxi I got already.
