Job offer (Kuwait City)

Hi I wonder if anyone can give me some advice/insight into a recent first round of negations for a job I have been offered.

A little about us, we are a family of 4 one of school age - British curriculum and the other pre-school. I am a healthcare professional

Ok now the offer

1325KWD month salary
500KWD accommodation allowance
250KWD education allowance per child from Protected content
Annual flights home for the family.

As yet I don't know if transport allowance is on the cards or any other possible perks.

Would also appreciate any ideas on how much a beach club membership would be for the four of us and this sounds silly but I can't find the answer, rough cost of clothes/footwear and accessories!!
