Kuwait lifestyle (Kuwait City)

I am considering relocating from the UK to Kuwait to work, and I would appreciate some insight into the expat lifestyle.

I have spent a year living and working in Bahrain, during which time I travelled extensivley round the middle east on business, including Saudi and Kuwait.

I always managed to get in and out of Kuwait in one day, so I have no idea what the lifestyle is like other than the obvious - no bars or pubs, so where do you meet up? Can you watch televised sport anywhere?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
