Kuwait Saracens Rugby Club (Kuwait City)

Hi all,
My son is a very keen rugby player and I am a qualified coach. We have looked at the Kuwait Saracens rugby club as we wish to join. I have sent 2 e-mails to different people on their website, but I have had no reply. One of my wife's new collwagues has also contacted them, but with no response either.
Does anyone know anything about them, or anyone connected to the club? Are they still operating?
Joining the club will be a vital part of our integration - my son has, after all, set his sights on playing rugby professionally!!
Please can someone get back to me with some information or contacts?
