Its a very vibrant industry which exposed me to a lot of areas right from finding out the potential clients by organizing various promotional activities, conducting training sessions on products and services offered, guiding tele-callers by giving though inputs on products and conversational etiquettes, negotiation with product manufacturers, identifying various business opportunities and updating product team on opportunities, recruitment and training of employees, generating various reports as required for clients, convinsing clients to choose a product from our bouquet and managing various channels and individuals for sourcing business
