Moving to Fahaheel (Kuwait City)

Hi all, Am a PE teacher moving to Kuwait in Aug - just looking for some information on the place - is it a safe place and are there many English speaking people to meet? plus i love my football and gym and will there be places to go to continue this?

lastly are there places to go and socialize and meet new people? I am single so like to make new friends when i arrive.
