Portuguese Language Practice Partner (Kuwait City)

Boa tarde!

Do you speak Portuguese? My heritage is Portuguese and I grew up with family members speaking it around me since my birth but I read and write it better than I speak it. I am fluent in Spanish but would love a Conversational Buddy that I could meet with to increase my speaking capabilities. We could do this virtually as well; I don't mind if you live in Portugal and we have Skype conversations!
