Postal issues in Kuwait (Kuwait City)

Hi All,

I have ordered stuff from USA(worth $ Protected content was shipped to Kuwait using USPS. The packet left US on 30th Jan and there is no way I can track it in Kuwait. Apparently, there is no postal tracking system in Kuwait.
I know things move at turtle pace here in Kuwait but reading about people's experience about Kuwait post I'm afraid my packet will never reach me .
I have read most of the times people have to got to Kaifan to collect their stuff.What I fail to understand is that why isn't post delivered at the address ?
There is no valid contact number for Kaifan post office and even if there is, they will never pick up the phone and if they pick up then there are language issues.

Is there a way we can track post here in Kuwait? Anyway I can get my packet?
