Salary Expectations (Kuwait City)

Hi all and happy new year!

I am a UK based Recruitment Manager (working for a FTSE 25 business) and I 'may' be moving out to Kuwait in the very near future.

I would be interested in your thoughts as to where I should be setting my salary & benefits package expectations so my family and I can maintain a comparative standard of living?
