Share the Top recipes in your home country :D (Kuwait City)

hello Everybody in internation, last night i have been in Sbarro restaurant ( Italian restaurant in Salmiya beside sultan center). me and my friend have tried different dishes and that was our first experience with the Italian kitchen, I was curious about it and i loved it so much, delicious and smart recipe seriously. specially the sauce. anyways it comes to my mind while i have been there to come here and ask your kind to share with me and everybody the top recipes in your home countries, you can just write its name or names, or you can help us more with link for the recipes. i think this would be a good chance for all of us to try new stuff wither if we will try it in a restaurant or make it at home.
no matter if that recipe is dinner or lunch, we will enjoy it anyways im sure of that.
