trip from kuwait to dubai (Kuwait City)

hi guys!
just a short question: i m german and would like to go from kuwait for a weekend trip to dubai. i have a normal visa, not a residential one here in kuwait. is that possible ? i heard, that u cant go to some of the gcc countries from kuwait as a german, u have to enter the country from germany. anyone an idea ? thanks in advance!
