Visa assistance for My wife (Kuwait City)

Hi,
I am working here for 3yrs and now I want bring my family here for permanent(Family Visa). I got issued a family visa from interior ministry for my wife and child. I sent it to her to Connecticut(US). When she enquired about stamping process at Kuwat Embassy in New York. They told it will take 2weeks to finish and before that Protected content time for Police clearance(Criminal History Report from FBI). I want to know from you guys for any shortest way to get Criminal History Summary from FBI. I think there must be some urgent process to get clearance from FBI, because FBI would have centralized online system to determine any persons status in the USA, FBI would know status about anybody instantly if finger print provided.

I want to finish the visa stamping process as soon as possible.
Please help is any body is having any information to shorten the visa process...
