Women's business attire (Kuwait City)

Hello,
I am moving to Kuwait in a few days and packing my bags, and wondering what to bring as appropriate work attire. I keep receiving mixed responses.
When I was working for the UAE government I could wear skirts as long as they were professional and at least knee-length and shoulders had to be covered. I will be working downtown with foreigners mainly. Is this attire appropriate for Kuwait City, in a work environment?
