Looking for work in Kiev (Kyiv)

I am serious looking to moving to Ukraine, Kiev particularly, however, I have been applying to numerous places online and not getting any positive responses. I am a certified English teacher, as well as, I have an extensive background in business. I have checked the Kyiv Post regularly, are there any other newspapers or sites which someone could recommend for me to look at? Any information would be greatly appreciated.
