MBA: in Ukraine or abroad? Full-time or Executive? (Kyiv)

Hello, is there anyone here thinking about business education? I'm talking to Admissions Directors of Chicago, Duke, INSEAD, RSM, Manchester, IESE and other schools at the QS World MBA Tour tomorrow, one of the questions they've raised was about expats from Moscow and their interest to studying abroad.

If you are to choose a program, which one will you go for: Full-time or Executive MBA? In States, Europe or Russia? Or maybe in Asia? Will you look for scholarships or loans?

And, finally, is it worth getting an MBA at all or work experience is more than enough?
