Applying to Colleges in Nigeria (help) (Lagos)

My name is Ashley and I am curious if anyone can help me find an answer to my question or at least point me in the right direction. I currently live in the United States, however, the company I am an intern for is doing work in Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria. I have been able to research everything about Nigeria and speak to a few people living there, and I think I have fallen in love with Nigeria. I am interested in attending school and living there. Does anyone know how the process goes for students in other countries who want to attend a school in Nigeria? Preferably Lagos. I have looked and tried to email a couple colleges with no response. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
