The company I work for, a shipping agent based in Apapa, is currently looking for a finance manager.
It is likely to be a part time role, at least initially, with flexible hours so it would be suitable for someone with family commitments (eg an accompanying partner looking for part time employment).
We are looking for someone with finance experience. Qualifications in either financial accounting or management accounting are preferable but not essential if the individual has sufficient on-the-job experience. Experience of the shipping industry is not necessary.
The role will involve: - Oversight of the existing finance team - Development and implementation of new operating processes to support the transition to a new financial management software package - Performance analysis and reporting - Team development and skills building
