Helpful tips for a returnee (Lagos)

So i've just moved back to Nigeria, well you can call me a returnee. I'm into marketing and have a bit of experience in data analytics. Are there any genuine job opps out there for my field or is everything on a "who you know" basis? If so, what are the sites to look at?
