To support the organization with state of the art operational and administrative HR support.
Responsibility for the administration and management of all employment related documents and benefits agreements (contracts, work permits, health insurance, etc);
Primary operational contact point with 3rd party HR service providers (both internal and external);
Responsible for driving all HR records and reporting (GDDB, TMS, FirstPort, HR DashBoard, PKI certificates, etc) to be continuously updated and accurate;
Responsibility for maintaining and updating all employee handbooks;
Leads the recruitment contracting meeting to agree on the recruitment strategy;
3-5 years as HR Business Partner/Manager in a Company operating in the region;
Knowledge of employment practices in the region;
Experience with designing and maintaining an efficient HR back office;
Experience in provided first class customer service;
Strong analytical skills:
Strong administrative skills, with an eye for details.
