INDIAN passport renewal (Lagos)

Hello everyone,
I tried to find online how to renew an Indian passport in Lagos, Nigeria but could not find the right procedure to do so.

I have only 3 pages as blank left on my passport (total 6 pages if you count left and right page as separate). Can you advise if I am eligible to renew my passport stating no/less blank pages left on my passport.

My passport will expire in November Protected content .

Can I renew a passport in Lagos or it will be done in Abuja ? What would be the procedure like ?

Any information would be useful so please do not hesitate in providing your comments.
