Lekki toll gate officially opens on the 18th of dec at N120 each time u go thru each toll gate all the way to Epe regardless of the number of times u pass the road in a day...... Jakande built 2 lanes and didnt collect tolls, Hitech only added 1 lane and they want to collect tolls for 3 lanes
