Moving to Lagos with a young family.

Hello all,
We are moving to Lagos in the next few months, and I am wondering if any of you have any advice. We have two young daughters, 2 and 3 yrs. And we are a pretty active family. We are not much into shopping as a hobby, prefer getting out and doing something, like sailing, hiking, cycling, running? Is this possible in Lagos? Or am I dreaming. Any insight to the wonders of Lagos, outside of shopping and getting stuck in traffic, would be fantastic!
