Tayo Oviosu is the Founder and CEO of Paga, Nigeria's largest mobile payments company. Since receiving its full licence in November Protected content , Paga has processed over 1.6 million transactions worth N 18 billion, a significant majority of which have been performed at one of its 2,100 agents located in Protected content and cities across Nigeria.

Prior to founding Paga, he was Vice President at Travant Capital Partners where he was responsible for executing the firm‘s investment strategy in West Africa.

At Cisco Systems in San Jose California, Tayo was a Manager, Corporate Development where he was responsible for strategy, acquisitions, and private equity investments in four technology sectors - Virtual Computing, Application Networking, Security, and Network Management. In addition to helping lead Cisco‘s investment expansion in Africa, he led numerous acquisition and private equity investment opportunities.

Tayo was also a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting in the CRM and Technology practice where he worked on cases in five industries – high tech, telecom, pharmacy retail, government, and healthcare. He was primarily responsible for leading technical implementation teams.

Tayo earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, cum laude, from the University of Southern California. He also has a Masters in Business Administration from the Graduate School of Business, Stanford University.
