Unhappy Standard Chartered, time for a new Bank (Lagos)

Hi all,
Currently im banking with Standard Chartered (SC) and i'm seriously unhappy with them. Not returning calls or following up on requests, disappearing or wrong transactions that dont get investigated (chasing Protected content naira now), all kinds of funny links to other ex!- company employees activities that block my request like a credit card and remittances that take up to 4 weeks with all kind of BS-lies and reasons... (Yes i get paid in Naira)

Is this the same in the other banks?
What would be a good bank (from an expat perspective) to bank with?
Which bank has got it better or even up to european standards (if it even exists here) from a service and responsiveness perspective?
