Where are the expats in Nigeria (Lagos)

This question stem from the low activities of expatriates as seen on Lagos forum.They are no where to be found and i keep wondering if they really know about internations.Though some have registered but have not been checking back on internations hence Lagos forum has no post.
This saddens me a lot because i feel i am a useless local scout.well i will keep on look out for them because we need each other.
