Would like to visit nice places in lagos (Lagos)

Hi,
I am a Scottish lad and would be in Nigeria next month. I'm pretty nervous about what to expect though, but would also like to see Lagos-Nigeria properly. Places like the pubs,restaurants, etc.

Any suggestions? And would also want to mingle with other expats in Nigeria because I'd want to find out from them first hand how living in Nigeria long term is, for non-Nigerians.This is in other to ascertain if I shld even consider it.
