Pools in Vegas open to public (Las Vegas)

Hello everyone,
I am in Vegas until June 11 and then back in September for a month. I went to a Mandalay Bay today and really wanted to get to their pool. Is there a chance? Is it open to public? If no, what pools are open to public please? Are there any business events, get togethers in Vegas this week?
