Working in vegas (Las Vegas)

Hi, we are 2 Brits wanting to live in Las Vegas , my husband is a nurse specialist and will have work but I do not have specialist skills and am concerned I will have a problem finding work. I am a NHS Hospital manager here in the UK, we have a high standard of life with us both working. Is work available for admin workers such as myself or are there agencies that can help . Any suggestions welcome we feel our dream of living in Las Vegas is slipping away.
